Cranberry Orange Smoothie
This smoothie blends cranberry juice and orange juice with yogurt for body, plus banana for a smoother texture. A small amount of orange zest sharpens the citrus aroma. It drinks thick and cold, with tartness up front and a mellow creamy finish.

Ingredients
- 240 ml cranberry juice chilled
- 180 ml orange juice chilled
- 170 g plain yogurt cold
- 100 g banana peeled and sliced
- 120 g ice none
- 15 g honey optional, for sweetness
- 2 g orange zest finely grated
Instructions
- Add the cranberry juice, orange juice, plain yogurt, banana, and ice to the blender. If you want a sweeter smoothie, add the honey now. All ingredients are in the blender and the ice is partly submerged.
- Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides if needed, until completely smooth and evenly frothy. No visible ice pieces remain and the texture looks creamy and uniform.
- Divide into 2 glasses and finish each serving with orange zest. Serve immediately. The smoothie is cold, pourable, and aromatic with a light citrus fragrance.
