Apple Cider Sparkler

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 720 ml Apple cider Chilled
  • 30 ml Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 g Ground cinnamon
  • 480 ml Sparkling water Chilled
  • 480 g Ice For serving
  • 80 g Apple slices Thinly sliced, for garnish
  • 4 each Cinnamon stick For garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the chilled apple cider, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon to a large pitcher. Stir until the cinnamon is evenly dispersed. The mixture looks uniform with no visible clumps of cinnamon.
  2. Pour in the chilled sparkling water and stir gently just once or twice to combine without flattening the bubbles. The drink is evenly mixed and still visibly fizzy.
  3. Fill 4 glasses with ice, then divide the drink evenly among them. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick, if using. Each glass is cold, fizzy, and ready to serve.
