Cranberry Ginger Sparkler

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 480 ml cranberry juice chilled
  • 30 ml lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 480 ml ginger ale chilled
  • 240 g ice for serving
  • 40 g fresh cranberries for garnish
  • 1 whole orange thinly sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the cranberry juice and lemon juice to a pitcher and stir to combine. The mixture looks uniform and slightly brighter in color.
  2. Pour in the chilled ginger ale and stir very gently just until combined so the drink keeps its carbonation. The pitcher is evenly mixed with visible bubbles remaining.
  3. Divide the ice among 4 glasses, then pour the drink over the ice. Each glass is cold and nearly full, with ice floating at the top.
  4. Top each glass with a few fresh cranberries and 1 or 2 orange slices, distributing the garnish evenly among the servings. Each glass has an even garnish and is ready to serve.
