Air Fryer Chicken Tikka Bowl

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 3 tbsp tikka paste
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 0.5 tsp chilli powder
- 0.5 tsp red food colouring
- 1 handful coriander
- 1 handful mint
- 1 whole lime, squeezed
- 1 whole lemon, squeezed
- 1 whole crushed garlic clove
- 5.5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 bowl cooked rice
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
Instructions
- To a bowl add your chicken thighs and all of the ingredients for the marinade and give that a good mix. Leave that in the fridge to marinate for an hour or ideally, overnight.
- Pop the chicken into the air fryer for 16 minutes at 200 degrees.
- While that is cooking, prepare your green sauce by adding all of the ingredients to a blender and give that a blitz.
- Serve the chicken thighs with your green sauce and some cooked rice and top with some chopped coriander.
