Cheddar Chicken And Broccoli Loaded Potato

Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken breast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chives
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ground cumin, and dried oregano.
- Prepare the cheddar sauce by combining garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ground cumin, dried oregano, garlic paste, chicken broth, heavy cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Prepare the potatoes by washing them thoroughly and coating them with olive oil and salt.
- Bake the potatoes in an oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit until they are soft and fully cooked.
- While the potatoes are baking, cook the seasoned chicken in a pan over medium heat until it is fully cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli until it is tender.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, cut them open and brush the insides with melted butter.
- Fill the potatoes with the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and cheddar sauce.
- Garnish the loaded potatoes with chives before serving.
