Crispy Pulled Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb skinless chicken breast
- 0 salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked red chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 0.5 cup water
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 tomato
- 1 jalapeño
- 0 salt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 0.33 cup butter milk
- 0 salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 0 oil
- 8 mini tortillas
- 2 cup Mixed Mexican cheese
- 1 tbsp cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl add chicken, season with salt black pepper, smoked paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder , red chili powder. Drizzle oil and mix well to combine.
- In a pan heat clarified butter on medium low heat, once the butter is melted add chicken and cook on medium low heat for 5-6 min flipping side in between. Add water cover and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through. ( about 10-12 minutes) Shred the chicken and add cream cheese. Mix until creamy and well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Make salsa by mixing onions , tomatoes, jalapeño, salt, lime juice and cilantro in a mixing bowl.
- Make the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream , butter milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, lime juice in a bowl.
- In a pan add some oil on medium heat . Add tortilla. Top it with cheese, add shredded chicken and some cilantro . Once they are crispy and golden from bottom fold to close. Serve immediately with salsa and sauce.
