Caramel Apple Mocktail

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 600 ml apple juice chilled
  • 60 ml caramel syrup
  • 30 ml lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 480 ml soda water chilled
  • 600 g ice
  • 4 slice apple slice thinly sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the apple juice, caramel syrup, and lemon juice to a pitcher. Stir until the caramel syrup is fully dissolved and the mixture looks uniform. No visible streaks of caramel syrup remain.
  2. Add the chilled soda water and stir gently just until combined; avoid vigorous stirring so the drink keeps its fizz. The drink looks evenly mixed and lightly bubbly.
  3. Fill 4 serving glasses with ice, then divide the mocktail evenly between them. Garnish each glass with an apple slice if using. Each glass is cold, full, and lightly foamy at the top.
