Viral Chocolate Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 4 whole banana ripe, mashed
• 3 whole egg medium
• 250 g cottage cheese 0% fat
• 30 g cocoa powder
• 30 g maple syrup
• 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Oven is heated.
2. Mix the bananas, eggs, cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and baking powder until combined. Batter is smooth and evenly mixed.
3. Bake for approximately 45 minutes. Cake is baked through.
4. Let the cake cool completely, then transfer it to the fridge to set. Cake is fully chilled and set.
