Cinnamon Roll Milkshake
This American-inspired milkshake combines ice cream, milk, and torn cinnamon roll pieces for a dessert drink with a bakery texture. It is blended briefly so some small pastry bits remain, then topped with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 300 g vanilla ice cream slightly softened
- 240 ml whole milk cold
- 120 g cinnamon roll cut into 2 cm pieces
- 5 ml vanilla extract none
- 0.5 g ground cinnamon for blending and garnish
- 60 g ice optional, for a thicker shake
- 60 g whipped cream for topping
- 0.5 g ground cinnamon for blending and garnish
Instructions
- Add the vanilla ice cream, milk, cinnamon roll pieces, vanilla extract, and 0.5 g of the ground cinnamon to the blender. If you want a thicker shake, add the ice as well. The blender jar is loaded and the cinnamon roll pieces are distributed through the ice cream.
- Blend on low first, then increase to medium and stop as soon as the shake is thick and mostly smooth, with a few small cinnamon roll flecks remaining; do not overblend or it will become thin. The mixture pours slowly and still shows tiny pastry bits.
- Divide the shake between two glasses, top each with whipped cream, and finish with the remaining 0.5 g of ground cinnamon. The glasses are full, the whipped cream sits on top, and the cinnamon is visible as a light dusting.
