Instructions
- Brown the butter in a saucepan until golden with brown flecks, about 7 minutes, then cool it in the fridge until warm but not hot. Butter is browned and cooled to warm.
- Mix the browned butter with the brown sugar and sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla. Mixture is smooth and combined.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. A dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped semi-sweet chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and crushed Nutter Butters. Chocolate and cookie pieces are evenly distributed.
- Press half the dough into a lined 9x9 pan, add the marshmallow fluff, then top with the remaining dough. The fluff is sandwiched between two layers of dough.
- Add extra Nutter Butters on top. Top is finished with extra cookie pieces.
- Bake at 350°F for 30–40 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy. Edges are golden and crispy and the center is set.
