Instructions
- Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely crumbled, then mix in the melted butter. The crumbs are evenly moistened.
- Press the Oreo crumb mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly over the bottom. Freeze the dish while you make the filling. The crust is level and chilling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and brown sugar together until well combined. The mixture is smooth and blended.
- Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, then continue mixing. The filling is evenly sweetened and seasoned.
- Fold in the Cool Whip, then stir in the chopped mini Reese's peanut butter cups and Reese's Pieces. The filling has candy mixed throughout.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Top with the chopped mini Reese's peanut butter cups, mini Reese's Pieces, and chopped Reese's Pieces. The top is covered with candy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. The cheesecake is set.
