Sparkling Cranberry Punch

A cold Thanksgiving punch mixed just before serving so the sparkling water stays lively. Cranberry juice and orange juice form the base, while orange slices and fresh cranberries add aroma and visual contrast. Serve over ice in a punch bowl or large pitcher.

Sparkling Cranberry Punch

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 960 ml cranberry juice chilled
  • 480 ml orange juice chilled
  • 2 each orange thinly sliced
  • 120 g fresh cranberries rinsed
  • 720 ml sparkling water chilled
  • 800 g ice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl or 3-liter pitcher, combine the chilled cranberry juice and orange juice. The liquid is evenly blended and fully chilled.
  2. Add the orange slices and fresh cranberries, then stir briefly to distribute the fruit. Fruit is floating throughout the punch.
  3. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water and stir once gently to keep the bubbles intact. The surface looks lively and lightly foamy.
  4. Fill 8 glasses with the ice, then pour the punch into each glass. Each serving is cold, fruity, and visibly fizzy.
