  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 0.25 cup sliced green onions
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0 buffalo sauce (amount not specified) Creator did not specify an amount

Instructions

  1. Make the dill slaw: in a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, dill, dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, dried chives, onion powder, garlic powder, and lemon juice until combined. Slaw base is mixed.
  2. Add the shredded cabbage and toss until evenly coated. Set the slaw aside. Cabbage is coated.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line or spray a sheet pan, then arrange the tortillas in a single layer and lightly brush or spray them with oil if using. Oven is preheated and tortillas are arranged.
  4. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, sliced green onions, mozzarella, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, cayenne if using, and paprika. Chicken mixture is evenly combined.
  5. Divide the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas and spread it into a thin layer all the way to the edges. Chicken is spread evenly on the tortillas.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the chicken is cooked through. Chicken is cooked through and tortillas are crispy.
  7. Top with the dill slaw and an extra drizzle of buffalo sauce before serving. Tacos are topped and ready to serve.
