Made up of a brown butter cookie dough, filled and topped with 3 kinds of chocolate and finished with a generous sprinkling of sea salt - they are sweet and salty in all the right places.

Brown Butter Triple Choc Cookies

Ingredients

  • 250 g All Things Butter Unsalted
  • 115 g Light Brown Sugar
  • 110 g Caster Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 115 g Condensed Milk
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 310 g Plain Flour
  • 50 g Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Bicarb
  • 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 100 g Milk Chocolate
  • 100 g Dark Chocolate
  • 80 g White Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Dice 250 g of All Things Butter Unsalted.
  2. Combine 115 g of Light Brown Sugar and 110 g of Caster Sugar.
  3. Add 1 Large Egg to the sugar mixture.
  4. Pour 115 g of Condensed Milk into the mixture.
  5. Add 1.5 tsp of Vanilla Bean Paste to the mixture.
  6. Sift 310 g of Plain Flour, 50 g of Cornflour, 1 tsp of Baking Powder, ½ tsp of Bicarb, and ½ tsp of Sea Salt into the mixture.
  7. Roughly chop 100 g of Milk Chocolate, 100 g of Dark Chocolate, and 80 g of White Chocolate and add to the mixture.
