Vegan Apple Fritter Cake
This vegan apple fritter cake is buttery and packed with cinnamon apples that you don't need to cook beforehand! It's topped with an easy and crackly vanilla glaze, just like classic apple fritters. But unlike the original, you don't have to wait around for the dough or deal with messy deep-frying oil!
