Pomegranate Fizz

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 480 ml pomegranate juice chilled
  • 30 ml lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 15 ml honey thinned if needed
  • 480 ml club soda chilled
  • 480 g ice for serving
  • 40 g pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • 8 count mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the pomegranate juice, lime juice, and honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved. The mixture looks uniform with no visible honey streaks.
  2. Add the club soda and stir gently just once or twice to keep the fizz. The drink is evenly mixed and still visibly sparkling.
  3. Divide the ice among 4 tall glasses, then pour the fizz over the ice. Each glass is cold and filled with a bright red, fizzy drink.
  4. Top each glass with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves, then serve immediately. The garnish is floating on top and the mint is fresh and aromatic.
