Spooky Citrus Fizz

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 480 g ice for serving
  • 480 ml orange juice chilled
  • 60 ml grenadine well shaken
  • 480 ml sparkling water chilled
  • 8 pieces gummy worms for garnish

Instructions

  1. Divide the ice evenly among 4 tall glasses, using about 120 g in each glass. Each glass looks about half full with ice.
  2. Pour 120 ml orange juice and 15 ml grenadine into each glass. The juice settles into a bright orange-red layer around the ice.
  3. Add 120 ml sparkling water to each glass and stir once or twice just to combine without flattening the bubbles. The drink turns evenly mixed and still looks lively with visible fizz.
  4. Garnish each glass with 2 gummy worms draped over the rim or tucked into the ice, then serve immediately. Each drink has a playful Halloween garnish and a cold, fizzy surface.
