Monster Mash Mocktail
This Halloween mocktail is built for fast assembly: grape juice for deep color, lemon-lime soda for bubbles, and a small amount of lime juice to keep the sweetness from flattening. It is served over ice with gummy eyeballs added at the end so they float and stay visible.

Ingredients
- 480 ml grape juice chilled
- 30 ml fresh lime juice freshly squeezed
- 480 ml lemon-lime soda chilled
- 400 g ice for serving
- 8 pieces gummy eyeballs for garnish
Instructions
- Add the grape juice and lime juice to a large pitcher. Stir once to combine. The liquid is evenly colored and the lime juice is fully mixed in.
- Just before serving, pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda and stir gently 2 to 3 times so the carbonation stays lively. The drink is lightly foamy and visibly fizzy, with no flat smell or taste.
- Divide the ice among 4 glasses, then pour in the mocktail. Top each glass with 2 gummy eyeballs, if using. Each glass is cold, fizzy, and the gummy eyeballs are floating or resting on top.
- Serve immediately while the soda is still bubbly. The drink tastes cold, sweet, and lightly tart with active carbonation.
