Spooky Spinach Smoothie
This Halloween-themed smoothie keeps the ingredient list simple: frozen banana for body, spinach for color, yogurt for creaminess, and almond milk to loosen it into a drinkable blend. A small fruit garnish gives it the spooky look without adding extra work.

Ingredients
- 60 g baby spinach packed
- 240 g banana peeled, sliced, frozen if possible
- 360 ml unsweetened almond milk well shaken
- 120 g plain yogurt plain
- 20 g honey for sweetness
- 2 ml vanilla extract optional but recommended
- 120 g ice cubes for a thicker, colder smoothie
- 60 g strawberries halved or sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Add the spinach, banana, almond milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and ice to the blender. If using the strawberry garnish, set it aside now. All ingredients are in the blender, and the berries are reserved if using.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth, bright green, and no visible spinach flecks remain, 30 to 60 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides once if needed. The smoothie looks glossy and uniformly green with a thick but pourable texture.
- Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses. Top each glass with a few pieces of strawberry, if using, for a spooky look. The glasses are filled and garnished, and the smoothie holds its texture briefly without separating.
