Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread Bars
Gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free cinnamon swirl banana bread bars. Cozy, comforting and just the right amount of sweet, made with wholesome ingredients and finished with a cinnamon-maple swirl.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 0.25 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.75 cup almond flour
- 0.25 cup tapioca flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond butter or tahini
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.33 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- Stir in almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix swirl ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Drizzle 1/2 the swirl mixture over top and use a knife to create swirls.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top, if using.
- Bake 23–25 minutes or until set in the center.
- Cool completely before slicing. Drizzle the remaining swirl mixture over top (optional).
