Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 1.5 ripe bananas
- 0.5 cup oats
- 0.5 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash salt
- 1 as needed banana slices
- 1 as needed banana slices
- 1 as needed peanut butter
- 1 as needed chocolate chips
- 1 as needed flakey salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Add 1 ½ ripe bananas, ½ cup oats, ½ cup dairy-free milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, ¼ teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon vanilla, a dash of cinnamon, and a dash of salt to a blender.
- Blend until you get a runny batter.
- Transfer the batter to an oven-safe dish. Top with banana slices if you wish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- You can split the batter between two small bowls and make two servings, or add the full batter to a single larger bowl.
- Optional: Top with more fresh banana slices, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and flakey salt.
