Spooky Ghost Strawberries

Cook time: 30 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 package white chocolate
  • 1 sheet parchment paper
  • 1 as needed melted white chocolate
  • 1 as needed strawberries
  • 1 as needed melted white chocolate
  • 1 as needed edible black food marker

Instructions

  1. Melt your chocolate in a double broiler on low heat or in 20 second intervals in the microwave. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate!
  2. Line baking sheet or surface with parchment paper.
  3. Create the bottom of the ghost with chocolate using a spoon or squeeze bottle.
  4. Next dip strawberries into chocolate and place on top.
  5. Refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.
  6. Once cooled, draw eyes and mouth using an edible food marker! Enjoy
