Maple Ginger Fizz

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 90 ml maple syrup none
  • 90 ml fresh lemon juice freshly squeezed and strained
  • 600 g ice for serving and chilling
  • 1200 ml ginger ale chilled
  • 1 whole lemon thinly sliced into 6 wheels for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the maple syrup and lemon juice to a pitcher. Stir until the maple syrup is fully dissolved and the mixture looks uniform. The lemon-maple base is smooth with no visible syrup streaks.
  2. Add the ice to the pitcher, then pour in the chilled ginger ale slowly to preserve carbonation. Stir gently once or twice to combine. The drink is cold, lightly foamy, and evenly mixed without going flat.
  3. Divide among 6 glasses and garnish each with a lemon wheel. Each glass is chilled, fizzy, and garnished with a lemon wheel.
