Big Mac Salad Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon dill relish
  • 1 whole garlic grated or finely minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 whole iceberg lettuce small head, finely chopped
  • 0.75 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 whole white onion finely diced
  • 0.5 cup pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Add the ground beef to a large skillet with the sea salt and ground black pepper. Cook and crumble over medium heat until cooked through. Beef is cooked through.
  2. Whisk the Greek yogurt, ketchup, Dijon mustard, dill relish, garlic, smoked paprika, hot sauce, and cracked black pepper in a bowl until evenly combined. Store in a sealed container or portion into serving containers. Sauce is smooth and combined.
  3. Divide the lettuce, cooked beef, cheddar cheese, onion, and pickles evenly among 3 containers. Keep the dressing separate until ready to serve. All 3 containers are assembled.
