Ghoulish Green Smoothie
This Halloween drink blends spinach for color, banana for body, Greek yogurt for creaminess, and almond milk for a smooth pour. It finishes cold and thick enough to cling lightly to the glass, with a clean fruity finish.

Ingredients
- 120 g baby spinach washed and lightly packed
- 240 g banana peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 240 g plain Greek yogurt
- 400 ml unsweetened almond milk chilled, divided
- 240 g ice
- 30 ml honey
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 1 g fine salt
- 80 ml unsweetened almond milk chilled, divided
Instructions
- Add the spinach, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, 400 ml of the almond milk, the ice, honey if using, vanilla if using, and salt if using to the blender. Reserve the remaining 80 ml almond milk for thinning after blending if needed. All ingredients are in the blender, with 80 ml almond milk still reserved off to the side.
- Blend on high until completely smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides if needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add some or all of the reserved almond milk and blend again briefly until it pours in a thick ribbon. The mixture is fully smooth with no visible spinach flecks or ice shards, and the texture is thick but pourable.
- Pour immediately into 4 glasses and serve right away while cold. Each glass is filled with a smooth, bright green drink with a frothy top.
