Trending Cookies in 5 Minutes

Ingredients

• 40 grams softened butter
• 30 grams brown sugar
• 15 grams white sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 40 grams white flour
• 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
• 10 grams cocoa powder
• 0 frozen chocolate in molds
• 0 ice cream

Instructions

1. Mix the softened butter with the brown sugar and white sugar until well combined.
2. Add the egg yolk to the mixture and mix well.
3. Add the flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder to the mixture and mix slightly until the dough holds together.
4. Shape the dough into balls and place them in the refrigerator for half an hour to firm up.
5. Stuff the cookie dough pieces with the frozen chocolate from the molds.
6. Bake the cookies at 160°C for 5 minutes on the bottom rack, then for 1 minute on the top rack.
7. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool slightly.
8. Serve the cookies with ice cream. Enjoy!
