Apple Crumble Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp apple pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 small apple
- 2 tbsp almond flour or oat flour
- 2 tbsp finely crushed walnuts
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp apple pie spice
- 1 spoonful Greek yogurt
- 1 small apple
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, apple pie spice or cinnamon, milk of choice, and grated apple in a cooking pot.
- Cook the mixture on low heat until it becomes creamy. Add more milk if needed.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour or oat flour, finely crushed walnuts, oats, almond butter, maple syrup, and apple pie spice to make the crumble topping.
- Mix the crumble topping ingredients until they become crumbly.
- Top the cooked oats with a spoonful of Greek yogurt, the prepared crumble, and a little extra apple if desired.
