Ingredients
- 125 g salted butter
- 120 g sugar
- 60 g brown sugar
- 1 piece egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
- 0.5 teaspoon allspice
- 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 pieces granny smith apples
- 40 g butter
- 50 g brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 0.33 cup powdered sugar
- 1 lemon lemon juice
Instructions
- Cream together 125g of salted butter, 120g of sugar, and 60g of brown sugar.
- Beat in 1 egg at room temperature and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine 200g of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
- Prepare the pumpkin spice by mixing 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon of allspice, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves.
- Prepare the apple pie filling by cooking 2 peeled granny smith apples, 40g of butter, 50g of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in 3 tablespoons of cold water at the end, mix and then thicken, turn off.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing 1/3 cup of powdered sugar and the juice of 1 lemon.
