Ginger Pear Smoothie

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 340 g ripe pear cored and chopped
  • 10 g fresh ginger peeled and finely grated
  • 120 g plain yogurt
  • 180 ml milk
  • 20 g honey
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 180 g ice cubes
  • 0.5 g fine salt

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped pears, grated ginger, yogurt, milk, honey, lemon juice, ice, and salt to the blender. If your blender jar is small, add the milk first so the blades catch the fruit more easily. All ingredients are in the blender and the jar is not overfilled.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth, 30 to 60 seconds. Stop once to scrape down the sides if needed and blend again briefly. The mixture is uniform, creamy, and no pear pieces remain visible.
  3. Taste and adjust only if needed: add a little more honey for sweetness or a small splash of milk if you want a thinner drink. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately. The smoothie pours easily and holds a smooth, drinkable texture.
