Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

A quick smoothie built by blending banana, peanut butter, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and ice until smooth and pourable. It serves as a complete drink for four, with an optional cinnamon finish and a texture that should be thick but still drinkable.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 400 g ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 60 g peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • 300 ml unsweetened almond milk cold
  • 180 g plain Greek yogurt cold
  • 160 g ice cubes crushed or whole
  • 200 g ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 20 g peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk cold
  • 60 g plain Greek yogurt cold
  • 80 g ice cubes crushed or whole
  • 2 g ground cinnamon for finishing

Instructions

  1. Add 400 g banana, 60 g peanut butter, 300 ml almond milk, 180 g Greek yogurt, and 160 g ice to the blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds. The mixture looks fully smooth with no visible ice shards.
  2. Add the remaining 200 g banana, 20 g peanut butter, 200 ml almond milk, 60 g Greek yogurt, and 80 g ice. Blend again until thick and pourable, 15 to 30 seconds. The smoothie is uniform, creamy, and flows easily from the blender.
  3. Taste and, if desired, sprinkle the cinnamon over the top or blend it in briefly. Pour immediately into 4 glasses. Each glass is filled and the smoothie holds a creamy, drinkable texture.
