Steak Bites With Garlic Butter Rice
A simple beef recipe featuring bite-sized steak pieces served with garlic butter rice.

Ingredients
- 150 gr beef
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 bowl white rice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch chicken seasoning powder
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 portion marinated steak bites
- 1 portion garlic butter fried rice
- 1 portion juicy steak bites
Instructions
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and marinate with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, dried oregano, dried rosemary, and oil. Set aside to let the flavors absorb.
- In a pan, cook the eggs until just half done, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add in the white rice.
- Stir well, then mix the eggs back in. Season with salt, pepper, and chicken seasoning powder.
- Add green onions and butter. Toss until everything is evenly combined.
- Separately, pan-fry the marinated steak bites to your preferred doneness.
- Serve the garlic butter fried rice with the juicy steak bites on top.
