Cook time: 30 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 150 gr beef
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 bowl white rice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch chicken seasoning powder
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 portion marinated steak bites
  • 1 portion garlic butter fried rice
  • 1 portion juicy steak bites

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and marinate with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, dried oregano, dried rosemary, and oil. Set aside to let the flavors absorb.
  2. In a pan, cook the eggs until just half done, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add in the white rice.
  4. Stir well, then mix the eggs back in. Season with salt, pepper, and chicken seasoning powder.
  5. Add green onions and butter. Toss until everything is evenly combined.
  6. Separately, pan-fry the marinated steak bites to your preferred doneness.
  7. Serve the garlic butter fried rice with the juicy steak bites on top.
