Hot Honey Chicken Parm With Cheesy Mash
This is ultimate comfort food, crispy coated chicken in a hot honey spiced tomato sauce with mozzarella and parmesan with an extra drizzle of hot honey for good measure.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 200 g chicken breast
- 20 g panko breadcrumbs
- 10 g parmesan
- 1 small egg
- 450 g maris piper potatoes
- 150 g passata
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp mixed herb seasoning
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 1 tsp hot honey
- 60 g reduced mozzarella
- 5 g parmesan
- 15 g lighter butter spread
- 90 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 25 g reduced fat cheese
- 0.5 tbsp hot honey
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 1 touch parsley
Instructions
- Mix together the garlic granules, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Use ¾ to season the chicken breasts.
- Use the remaining seasoning to toss with the breadcrumbs and the grated parmesan.
- Dip each breast into the egg then into the breadcrumbs. Press into adhere.
- Transfer to the airfyer at 190 degrees celsius for 12 minutes flipping part way through.
- Boil the potatoes until tender.
- Mix the passata, tomato puree, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and 1 tsp hot honey until combined.
- Once the 12 minutes have passed, spoon most of the sauce over the chicken before topping with ¾ of the mozzarella and the parmesan. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Mash the potatoes with the butter, milk and season with salt and pepper until smooth. Stir through the cheddar and any leftover mozzarella.
- Blast the remaining passata sauce in the microwave on full power.
- Spoon over the mash before topping with the crispy chicken.
- Drizzle over the remaining hot honey before garnishing with the chilli flakes and a touch of parsley.
