Red Curry Wonton Soup
A flavorful take on the viral red curry wonton dish, combining the richness of red curry with the freshness of wontons and bok choy.

Ingredients
- 0.5 yellow onion
- 5 slices ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch baby bok choy
- 1 bunch green onion
- 2 tbsp oil

- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 can coconut milk
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 lime lime zest
- 1 package frozen wontons
- 1 bunch baby bok choy
- 1 package ramen noodles
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp fried onions
Instructions
- Start by cutting up all your veggies.
- In a large pot, heat up the oil and add the onion and ginger. Let that sauté for five minutes.
- Add the garlic, salt, and pepper to the pot and stir.
- Add the red curry paste to the pot, stir, and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk to the pot and let it come to a simmer.
- Add the chicken broth, sugar, and lime zest to the pot. Cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Boil your wontons and bok choy in the broth or in a separate pot of water.
- Boil the noodles in a separate pot.
- Assemble the bowl, add the toppings and you’re done.
