Peach and Berry Smoothie Bowl

A thick smoothie bowl built from frozen peaches, mixed berries, banana, yogurt, milk, and oats, then topped with granola, sliced peach, fresh berries, and chopped almonds. It eats like a chilled breakfast drink served in a bowl, with a soft base and crisp toppings.

Peach and Berry Smoothie Bowl

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 450 g Frozen peach slices unsweetened
  • 300 g Frozen mixed berries unsweetened
  • 120 g Banana peeled and sliced
  • 240 g Plain Greek yogurt cold
  • 120 ml Milk cold
  • 40 g Rolled oats plain
  • 20 g Honey optional sweetener
  • 5 ml Vanilla extract pure
  • 0.5 g Fine salt divided
  • 0.5 g Fine salt divided
  • 80 g Granola for topping
  • 40 g Sliced almonds toasted if desired
  • 150 g Fresh peach sliced for topping
  • 120 g Fresh berries for topping

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen peaches, frozen mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, rolled oats, honey if using, vanilla extract, and 0.5 g of the salt to a blender. Blend on high until very thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If the blender struggles, add up to 30 ml more milk from the measured total only as needed for movement. The mixture is thick, spoonable, and uniformly smooth with no visible fruit chunks.
  2. Taste the base and blend in the remaining 0.5 g salt only if it tastes flat. Divide the smoothie into 4 bowls. Each bowl holds a very thick layer that mounds slightly in the center.
  3. Top each bowl with the granola, sliced almonds, sliced fresh peach, and fresh berries, dividing the toppings evenly among the 4 servings. The bowls have a visible contrast between the smooth base and crunchy fruit toppings.
