Elderflower Lemonade

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 90 ml Fresh lemon juice Juiced and strained if desired
  • 45 ml Elderflower syrup Ready to use
  • 240 ml Cold water Chilled
  • 240 g Ice For serving
  • 4 piece Lemon slices Thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemons to yield 90 ml lemon juice. Add the lemon juice, 45 ml elderflower syrup, and 240 ml cold water to a small pitcher or mixing jug. Stir well until fully combined. The drink looks evenly mixed and the syrup is no longer pooled at the bottom.
  2. Fill 2 glasses with 120 g ice each. Divide the lemonade between the glasses and top each with 2 lemon slices. The glasses are cold, the drink is bright and chilled, and the lemon slices float or rest at the rim.
