Cranberry Lemonade Fizz

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 240 ml cranberry juice chilled
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice from about 1 lemon, strained
  • 30 ml simple syrup cooled
  • 180 g ice cubes for serving
  • 240 ml sparkling water chilled
  • 4 g fresh mint leaves lightly slapped
  • 2 slices lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the cranberry juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a small pitcher and stir until the syrup is fully blended. The liquid looks uniform and no syrup streaks remain.
  2. Divide the ice between 2 tall glasses. Each glass is about half full of ice.
  3. Pour the mixed cranberry-lemon base evenly into the glasses, then top each with sparkling water and stir once gently to combine without flattening the fizz. The drinks are evenly colored and still bubbly.
  4. Garnish each glass with mint leaves and a lemon slice, then serve immediately. The mint is visible on top and the drink is fully chilled.
