Cranberry Lime Sparkler

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 480 ml cranberry juice chilled
  • 60 ml fresh lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 480 ml sparkling water well chilled
  • 400 g ice for serving
  • 1 unit lime thinly sliced for garnish
  • 8 g fresh mint leaves lightly slapped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the cranberry juice and lime juice to a pitcher and stir until evenly combined. The liquid looks uniform with no visible streaks of lime juice.
  2. Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently once or twice so the drink stays fizzy. The drink is evenly mixed and still clearly carbonated.
  3. Fill four glasses with ice, divide the drink evenly, and garnish each glass with lime slices. If using mint, add a small sprig or a few leaves to each glass. Each glass is cold, bubbly, and garnished.
