Garlic Bread Pasta
A deliciously garlic-infused pasta dish that combines the comforting flavors of garlic bread with perfectly cooked fusilli pasta. Sure to keep the vampires away and delight garlic lovers.

Ingredients
- 1 head garlic roasted
- 0.5 lb fusilli corti bucati pasta
- 0 to taste salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 0.5 cup panko crumbs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 0.25 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- 0 to taste salt
- 0 to taste black pepper
- 0.25 cup toasted panko crumbs
- 0.25 cup grated parmesan
- 0.25 cup toasted panko crumbs
- 0 to taste grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast a head of garlic wrapped in foil until soft, about 30-40 minutes. Let cool, then squeeze out the cloves.
- Cook 1/2 lb of fusilli corti bucati pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Strain the pasta and coat with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Over medium heat, melt 1/2 tbsp of unsalted butter in a pan and add 1/2 cup of panko crumbs. Toss until they are golden.
- Mix the remaining softened butter, roasted garlic paste, half the parmesan, half the parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Add the garlic butter mixture to the pasta and stir until evenly coated.
- Mix in 1/2 of the toasted panko crumbs and the remaining parmesan cheese with the pasta.
- Top the pasta with additional toasted panko crumbs, remaining parmesan, and parsley before serving.
