Maple Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 0 parchment paper
  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0 salt
  • 0 pepper
  • 4 slices bacon thick-cut, chopped
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Heat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss with Flavor: In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread onto the baking sheet.
  3. Add the Bacon: Sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly over the Brussels sprouts. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the bacon is crisp and sprouts are caramelized.
  4. Glaze: Drizzle maple syrup over the roasted sprouts and toss gently. Roast for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot for an irresistible mix of sweet and smoky flavors.
