Cinnamon Maple Apple Spritzer

This chilled spritzer combines apple juice, lemon juice, and a small amount of maple syrup for rounded sweetness, then finishes with sparkling water for a clean, autumn-leaning drink. The cinnamon stays subtle so the drink reads bright and refreshing rather than like hot cider.

Cinnamon Maple Apple Spritzer

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Apple juice chilled
  • 20 ml Maple syrup
  • 15 ml Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 240 g Ice
  • 180 ml Sparkling water chilled
  • 2 count Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the apple juice, maple syrup, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon to a small pitcher. Stir until the maple syrup is dissolved and the cinnamon is evenly dispersed. The mixture looks uniform with no syrup streaks.
  2. Divide the ice between two glasses, then pour the apple mixture evenly over the ice. Each glass is well chilled and about two-thirds full.
  3. Top each glass with sparkling water, then stir each drink once or twice very gently to keep the bubbles lively. The drink is fizzy with a lightly cloudy, cinnamon-speckled appearance.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if using, and serve immediately. The spritzer is cold, bubbly, and ready to drink.
