Salted Caramel Espresso Ice Cream
This is an easy and delicious 6 ingredient salted caramel espresso ice cream, perfect for anyone who loves a salted caramel latte.

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 oz espresso
- 0.5 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch flaky salt
Instructions
- Start by placing all your ingredients in your bowl and mix until smooth.
- Add the mixture to your fast freeze ice cream maker and place in the freezer overnight.
- Make your salted caramel by adding your sugar to a small saucepan. Allow this to dissolve completely and turn golden brown.
- Add your room temperature butter to the saucepan and mix until combined.
- Add in your warm heavy cream to the saucepan. Stir to combine.
- Add your flaky salt to the saucepan. Remove from the heat and place in a small bowl to cool.
- Once your ice cream is frozen, remove from the freezer and blend until smooth.
- Top the ice cream with your salted caramel sauce and enjoy!
