Crab Rangoon Sticks

Crab Rangoon Sticks

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Imitation Crab
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 0.5 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 to taste Salt
  • 12 oz Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 for frying Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut up imitation crab into 1/2" pieces.
  2. Add the cut imitation crab to a mixing bowl along with softened cream cheese.
  3. Add chopped green onions to the mixing bowl.
  4. Add melted butter to the mixing bowl.
  5. Add low sodium soy sauce to the mixing bowl.
  6. Add garlic powder to the mixing bowl.
  7. Add salt to taste to the mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients together to form the filling.
  8. Fill the wonton wrappers with the prepared filling.
  9. Heat your oil up to 350F and fry the filled wontons for 2 minutes, flipping halfway in between or until golden brown.
  10. Serve the Crab Rangoon with your favorite sauce, such as sweet chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
