Chocolate Caramel Pecan Brownies
Everything you could want and need in a fall brownie! These are packed full of flavor and are so easy to make!

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup all purpose flour
- 0.33 cup cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup caramel sauce
- 0 optional pecans
- 0 optional dark chocolate chips
- 6 tbsp room temperature butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 350F.
- Add your unsalted butter to a small sauce pan and allow this to melt. Once your butter is melted add in your chocolate and mix until all of your chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat.
- In a small bowl, add your eggs and sugar and mix until it is light in color before adding in your melted chocolate. Mix until smooth.
- Add your dry ingredients to your wet and fold until combined.
- Place 1/2 your batter in a lined 8x8 baking dish. Top with 1/4 cup caramel sauce. Add the rest of your batter on top and finish with 1/4 cup caramel sauce. Top with optional pecans and chocolate chips.
- Bake on 350F for 45 minutes. Allow this to cool for at least 90 minutes before slicing and enjoying!
- Start by adding your butter and sugar to a small sauce pan on medium heat. Allow this to melt and come together for 5 minutes.
- Slowly add in your heavy cream until a thick caramel forms. This only takes about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and transfer to a clean bowl.
