Cranberry Cinnamon Sour

This festive cocktail is as cozy as it is vibrant — the perfect balance of tart cranberry and warm cinnamon. It’s a great sip before Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Cranberry Cinnamon Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white or aquafaba
  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1 handful ice
  • 1 handful coated cranberries
  • 1 cup Sugar In The Raw
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 handful cranberries
  • 1 to taste Hot Agave In The Raw
  • 1 to taste Monk Fruit In The Raw

Instructions

  1. Combine egg white or aquafaba, gin, lemon juice, cranberry juice, and cinnamon syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake the ingredients in the cocktail shaker to create the foam.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with coated cranberries.
  6. To make the cinnamon syrup, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil until the sugar dissolves.
  7. Reduce the heat to a simmer and add cinnamon sticks. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Let the cinnamon syrup cool completely, which should take about an hour, then strain.
  9. To make the coated cranberries, combine a handful of cranberries, Hot Agave In The Raw, and Monk Fruit In The Raw. Toss until cranberries are fully coated with the sweetener.
