Cranberry Cinnamon Sour
This festive cocktail is as cozy as it is vibrant — the perfect balance of tart cranberry and warm cinnamon. It’s a great sip before Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ingredients
- 1 egg white or aquafaba
- 2 oz gin
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz cranberry juice
- 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup
- 1 handful ice
- 1 handful coated cranberries
- 1 cup Sugar In The Raw
- 1 cup water
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 handful cranberries
- 1 to taste Hot Agave In The Raw
- 1 to taste Monk Fruit In The Raw
Instructions
- Combine egg white or aquafaba, gin, lemon juice, cranberry juice, and cinnamon syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake the ingredients in the cocktail shaker to create the foam.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with coated cranberries.
- To make the cinnamon syrup, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil until the sugar dissolves.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and add cinnamon sticks. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let the cinnamon syrup cool completely, which should take about an hour, then strain.
- To make the coated cranberries, combine a handful of cranberries, Hot Agave In The Raw, and Monk Fruit In The Raw. Toss until cranberries are fully coated with the sweetener.
