Sugar Cookie Cinnamon Toast Crunch Treats

A super simple and festive treat made with sugar cookie cinnamon toast crunch, marshmallows, and festive sprinkles. It takes less than 10 minutes to make!

Ingredients

• 0.5 cup butter
• 10 pieces large marshmallows
• 0.25 tsp vanilla bean paste
• 6 cups sugar cookie cinnamon toast crunch
• 1 as needed festive sprinkles

Instructions

1. Melt 1/2 cup of butter and 10 large marshmallows together in the microwave or on the stovetop.
2. Stir in 1/4 tsp of vanilla bean paste into the melted butter and marshmallows.
3. Mix in 6 cups of sugar cookie cinnamon toast crunch until fully coated with the melted mixture.
4. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined pan using another piece of parchment.
5. Top the mixture with festive sprinkles.
