Ingredients
- 0 Butter or oil
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0 Salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 0 Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion for 2–3 minutes, then add garlic and ground beef. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in soup, sour cream, beef broth, Worcestershire, mustard (if using), paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and 1 cup of cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread into prepared baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
