Cheeky Biscoff Balls

Cook time: 30 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 250 g Biscoff biscuits
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 packet white chocolate
  • 1 small packet extra Biscoff biscuits

Instructions

  1. Blitz the Biscoff biscuits and cream cheese together until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls.
  3. Place the balls in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate.
  5. Dip each of the balls into the melted white chocolate to coat them completely.
  6. Top the coated balls with extra crushed Biscoff biscuits or melted Biscoff spread.
