Ingredients
- 2 stems rosemary sprigs
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 10 pieces fresh cranberries
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1.5 oz tequila
- 1 oz coconut milk
- 1 oz coconut water
- 0.5 oz triple sec
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
- Chill your glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
- Prepare the sugared rosemary by brushing the rosemary sprigs with simple syrup, then coating them in granulated sugar.
- Prepare the sugared cranberries by tossing fresh cranberries in simple syrup, then rolling them in granulated sugar.
- Combine tequila, coconut milk, coconut water, triple sec, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Empty the ice water from your glass and carefully rim the glass with lime juice, then dip it in granulated sugar for a frosted edge.
- Strain the margarita into the prepared, chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish the margarita with sugared rosemary and cranberries.
