Jalapeño Popper Toasted Pinwheel Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 3 jalapeños diced
- 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 1.5 cups shredded cheese cheddar or pepper jack
- 0 seasonings salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas burrito-sized
- 2 tbsp butter for toasting
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, diced jalapeños, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out a large tortilla and spread the jalapeño mixture in an even layer, reaching all edges.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Slice into approximately 2-inch wide pinwheel pieces.
- In a skillet over low heat, toast the pinwheels until golden brown on all sides, flipping with tongs as needed.
