Traditional Puerto Rican Coquito

Traditional Puerto Rican Coquito

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of coconut milk, 1 can of coconut cream, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 cup of white rum to a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a jar or bottle.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 10 hours or overnight for best results.
  5. Shake well before serving.
  6. Serve the coquito chilled, over ice.
  7. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top before serving.
